Modular Well Site Packages

Modular Well Site Packages are custom-built, multi-level assembly of systems that are configured and integrated to deliver a complete, skid-mounted engineering solution. The Modular Package comprises of wellsite equipment and components and links the wellhead with flow line. We design customized MWP for mounting on pre-designed foundations.

DNV 2.7-1 Offshore containers

We design and manufacture DNV 2.7-1 Offshore containers & offshore skids. We have various DNV approved Designs and qualified welding procedures for production. All the production stages are inspected and tested by internal quality department and external third party inspectors.

Flexible Hoses & Bellows

Stainless steel Flexible Houses and bellows are used where the vibration due to operation at its peek and to be waived off by using these expansion joints. We have a huge stock of low pressure and high pressure expansion joints. We are capable of manufacturing and assembling the hoses and bellows with respect to customers end connections.

Enclosures & Cabinets

We have the calibre to fabricate and test IP rated enclosures and cabinets. And we have a proven track record with the third-party inspection with DNV. The scope extends to mounting rack and canopy with Stress calculation-based on load capacity and mounting arrangements.

We manufacture level chambers, gauge radar chambers ,volume pots and manifolds with various materials like Austenitic stainless steel ,Duplex and Super duplex stainless steel. Special skills required to produce high quality products and we make it happen with our equipped facility.
